Turnhouse Job Alerts

Turnhouse sends these text messages. Turnhouse is a turnover scheduling app that connects short-term rental hosts with the cleaners who service their properties. Messages go only to hosts and cleaners who created a Turnhouse account and agreed to receive texts.

Service messages about your own cleaning jobs only: a new clean assigned to you, a change to a clean's date or time, a cancellation, a reminder the day before, a clean marked complete, a problem reported at a property, and payment prompts. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

Examples:

• Turnhouse: New clean Sat Sep 26, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM at [Property]. Open: https://turnhouse.lovable.app/cleaner/job/[id]
• Turnhouse: Reminder — clean tomorrow at [Property], 11:00 AM–4:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out.

Consent is collected on Turnhouse's own website. When you create a Turnhouse account at turnhouse.lovable.app/auth, you enter your mobile number and tick a separate box — unchecked by default — agreeing to receive these texts. You can also add your number and tick the same box later on your profile or settings page. Ticking the box is optional and is never required to create an account or use the app.

The consent box reads, word for word:

“I agree to receive text messages from Turnhouse about my cleaning jobs — new assignments, schedule changes, cancellations, reminders, and payment prompts.”
“About 10–15 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Agreeing to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy is a separate box, so text-message consent is never bundled into another agreement. Each opt-in is stored with a date and time, and Turnhouse sends no text to anyone without it. Consent is given directly to Turnhouse for this program only. We never buy, sell, share, or transfer phone numbers, opt-in data, or consent to third parties or affiliates, and Turnhouse does not do any third-party marketing or lead generation.

These are the actual Turnhouse screens where consent is given — the sign-up form and the profile/settings screen. Both boxes start unchecked.

You will receive about 10–15 messages per month, depending on how many cleans you have. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help, or email cjnorman17@gmail.com. Stopping texts does not affect the alerts you see inside the app.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
